There used to be a 900 sq ft house on this lot. It burned down and the owner, with the advice from the county kept the pad and fireplace. The county wanted the well and septic tank removed, but the owner converted the well to an 'ag.' well by installing a 5-horsepower pump. He kept the septic tank. We have no reports or inspections. The buyer will be responsible to do their own due diligence. Owner makes no warranties as to building or use of lot.
