I'm a 60 year old 3 bedroom 2 bath home who's owner raised her children here. Since they are grown and moved on many tenants have lived here over the years. Although they may have loved it here, they didn't take care of me the way my original family did. There are stains & spills on the carpet, the kitchen cabinets are worn and would love a light sanding and pretty paint! The bathrooms have seen better days and need some TLC. The yard is thirsty and a bit of a mess. It appears the last tenants dog dug some holes, tried to get into the garage door and over the fence and caused some damage. It may have been their children, but I don't think their nails and teeth were that strong. The pest report shows that rodents have been in the attic. Termites had been in drywall in bedroom, although No active termites were seen. My owner has seriously considered making me shiny and new again, but she is a bit tired and thinks it would be best for my new owners to make me pretty again. I would be very happy with new carpet and a few updates but that's up to my new owners. It would be even more exciting if they decide to do a full makeover! I was told we are very close to Raley Field, the Ziggurat and the river. Come see me soon.
